As is “being the voluntary recipient”. We’re not allowed to think on our own? BIG PROBLEM here.

Congress person, You get $15,000 per month, for a lifetime; for only “serving” just one term (i.e four years), and this is just my first issue. I’m sure others will follow me in dissatisfaction.
